Healing facilitates lasting change; change facilitates healing.
-Sharon Weil

Therapist Statement

I have had the fortune of working in a variety of settings over the years, from clinical settings and spas, to running two successful private practices in both Utah and Washington. My clientele is varied, from Olympic athletes to stay at home moms, each with a desire to tend to their individual needs. Whether those needs are untangling bound up fascia and musculature or finding a peaceful center amidst the wilds of our modern world, I employ a specialized approach to massage and bodywork that I have developed over the last two decades. I offer my clients an opportunity to experience various therapeutic modalities in a single session, a perfect blend of harmony created specifically for their individual needs.

You are a child of nature. The seasons live within you. - Lindsay Anne Holt

We are greater than the sum of our parts. We are whole beings that cycle and change just as the seasons do. As our needs change so does the style and type of healing-work we require in order to maintain a vibrant and healthy life. I look forward to working in partnership with you and watching you bloom into your full expression of health and wellness.
