A dark conjuring of autumnal spices. This one is especially good with a wee bit of rum. Its a grown up pumpkin treat.
Come packaged in 2oz (by volume) biodegradeable pouch.
To brew: add 2-3 tsp to infuser. Bring fresh water to a rolling boil. Steep 6-8 minutes. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. A generous splash of cream is delightful! Yields 2 infusions.
To brew as a traditional chai: Mix 2 tbs tea with 1C water and 1C milk (or milk substitute) in saucepan. Bring to a soft boil and reduce heat to simmer for 6 minutes. Remove from heat. Strain and enjoy!
